Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy levels on the daily revenue of female Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) entrepreneurs in Banten Province. This quantitative study utilized an online survey method via the TSurvey application involving 300 female MSME owners selected through purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The research instrument consisted of a closed questionnaire measured on a Likert scale, validated through validity testing (32 valid items, r-calculated > 0.2826) and reliability testing (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.9575). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and partial regression per dimension. The results indicate that digital literacy has a positive and statistically significant effect on daily revenue (R² = 15.9%, F = 56.54, p ≈ 0), where a one-unit increase in combined digital literacy increases daily turnover by 0.248 units. Digital Technical Capability emerged as the most dominant aspect (R² = 13.27%, t = 6.754, coefficient = 0.505), followed by Digital Communication (R² = 12.20%, t = 6.436, coefficient = 1.020), Digital Information Literacy (R² = 8.82%, t = 5.370, coefficient = 0.687), and Digital Security (R² = 8.56%, t = 5.281, coefficient = 0.650). The implications highlight the necessity of targeted interventions focusing on technical and communication skills to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of female-owned MSMEs.
