This study aims to analyze the contribution of programs implemented by the Dana Mulya Pacet Agribusiness Cooperative in improving member welfare. Agribusiness cooperatives play a strategic role in strength ening rural economies through capital provision, production servssices, and market access. However, program benefits have not been evenly experienced by all members, making further examination necessary. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with an ethnographic design. Data were collected through in depth interviews, field observations, and documentation involving cooperative managers, active members, and passive members. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that savings and loan services, agribusiness product marketing, animal health services and artificial insemination, milk collection and processing, feed provision, and cooperative governance contribute positively to member welfare. These contributions are reflected in increased income, business stability, production cost efficiency, and strengthened social and psychological aspects such as security, trust, and solidarity. Nevertheless, program benefits are not evenly distributed due to differences in member participation and engagement levels. Active members experience greater benefits compared to passive members.
