ANALISIS KUALITAS WEBSITE RSUP Dr.RIVAI ABDULLAH BANYUASIN MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEBQUAL 4.0

The website of RSUP Dr. Rivai Abdullah Banyuasin is used by the public,doctors, and hospital staff. The obstacles are that the hospital is located far away and the sources are difficult to reach. Util now, there has been no research on the quality of the SRUP Dr. Rivai Abdullah Banyuasin website using the webqual 4.0. Data collection is done using a quetionnaire with 100 repondents. This study uses the approach in the parameter estimation process. Based on hypothesis testing using the path coefficient and t-statisrics tests, it shows that all relationships between variables are cosidered accepted. This largest influence is given bt the service interaction duality variable. Both the variable of information quality, timeliness, and usability, overall, the research results show that the website quality of RSUP Dr. Rivai Abdullah banyuasin has met quality criteria, but improvements are still needd in the aspects of information updates access speed, and servicce interaction optimization to maximize user satisfaction.
