Abstract

Peralihan pola kerja di kantor menjadi work from home (WFH) sejak pandemi COVID19 marak terjadi di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Perubahan pola kerja tersebut menimbulkan berbagai konsekuensi terutama terhadap produktivitas serta kepuasan kerja dari karyawan. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan berbagai macam hasil konsekuensi dari penerapan work from home (WFH) sehingga studi literatur penting dilakukan untuk mengiidentifikasi pola dan memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan dari penerapan work from home (WFH). Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur. Hasil studi literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh work from home terhadap kepuasan kerja cenderung bersifat konsisten dan positif. Sementara itu, pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas kerja bersifat kondisional dan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor kontekstual. Sebagai implikasi atas hal tersebut, organisasi tidak disarankan menerapkan sistem WFH secara seragam, melainkan perlu menyesuaikannya melalui kebijakan kerja yang lebih fleksibel.
