Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan motivasi belajar terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa Akuntansi pada materi Flowchart Sistem Informasi Akuntansi di Universitas Bina Insan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari Artificial Intelligence (X1), motivasi belajar (X2), dan pemahaman mahasiswa (Y). Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Bina Insan yang telah mempelajari materi Flowchart Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Artificial Intelligence dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa pada materi Flowchart Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Secara bersama-sama, Artificial Intelligence dan motivasi belajar juga berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan AI yang tepat dan motivasi belajar yang baik dapat membantu mahasiswa memahami materi Flowchart Sistem Informasi Akuntansi.
