The rapid development of digital technology has increased the use of digital banking services, particularly among Generation Z, who are highly familiar with technology. This study aims to explore Generation Z's interest in utilizing digital banking services and identify the factors influencing such interest. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed involving 100 Generation Z respondents aged 17–27 years. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results indicate that Generation Z has a high level of interest in digital banking services. The main factors influencing this interest include perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, security, and trust in the service. These findings suggest that accessible, beneficial, secure, and trustworthy services can enhance the utilization of digital banking among Generation Z.
